What we have found to be a critical component in implementing a successful claims process is to provide the host-employer with a claims kit and establish claims-handling expectations before a claim occurs.
Our CDR System automatically creates a complete claims-kit, tailored to the host employer and jobsite location when an approval determination is processed. Included are all the instructions, forms, and contacts needed to respond properly to incidents and accidents occurring on the host employer’s jobsite.
