OUR LEARNING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

Nixer Comp provides client-insureds with access to a web-based Learning Management System (nLMS) portal, which can be accessed through Zywave®. Our goal in providing this learning system is to help facilitate safe workplace practices, which will ultimately reduce overall costs for our client-insureds.

TRAINING AT YOUR FINGERTIPS

Available on the portal is concise training on workplace safety and the Workers’ Compensation claims-reporting process. Our library contains more than 450 OSHA, Risk Management, Human Resources, and Wellness training courses that we use to create an effective Internal Education & Development Program.

Employees who have access to the nLMS portal include the employer of record, account executive, claims coordinator, lead account executive at a sublocation if applicable, and a lead claims coordinator at a sublocation if applicable. Additional employees can be provided with access to the portal for an additional fee.
